Coppinger, Coppinger Row, Dublin
If you haven’t yet made a reservation for the recently reopened, must-visit restaurant of the moment Coppinger by seasoned restaurateurs Marc and Conor Bereen, now is your chance. On Monday, November 4, we’re partnering with AIB on Culinary Delights, a special tasting experience with chef Daniel Hannigan and wine expert Brigid O’Hora. Guests will enjoy a gastronomic four-course dinner, created by chef Daniel Hannigan, who will be joined by IMAGE Editor-in-Chief Lizzie Gore-Grimes to guide guests through each course.
Lizzie and Daniel will be sharing insights into each exquisite dish and giving guests the opportunity to gain an intimate understanding of the ingredients, techniques, and inspirations behind Daniel’s style of cooking, while Brigid O’Hora (aka Brideys Wine Chats) will lead an informal and engaging wine pairing and tasting session, with a bespoke wine chosen to complement each course. It’s almost time to book your double feature of the biggest cinematic duo since the cultural phenomenon that was Barbenheimer as Gladiator II and Wicked come to cinemas this month. Ridley Scott’s sequel starring Paul Mescal and Jon M. Chu’s adaptation of the hit Broadway musical with Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande might be very different in tone and style but the build-up to… Glicked (no? Wadiator?) is enough to get us back to double-billing both anticipated titles.
