Selling The OC: Season 2, Netflix

Reputations, romances and relationships are on the line when The Oppenheim Group’s Orange County team returns for season two of Selling The OC. Expect more million-dollar listings and, of course, much more drama too.

Dopa Mean Girl, Dublin Fringe Fest

Written and performed by Louisa Ní Éideáin, Dope Mean Girl is a musical comedy about the journey of a woman with late diagnosis ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder). Can she harness the boundless energy and creativity alongside the crippling self-criticism and impulsivity? Everything, including this show, is in search of one thing – that all elusive dopamine hit. Opening at Dublin Fringe Fest yesterday, the show runs until the 16th and you can get tickets here

Wednesday, September 13

The Morning Show, Apple TV+

In The Morning Show season three, the future of the network is thrown into question and loyalties are pushed to the brink when a tech titan takes an interest in UBA. Unexpected alliances form, private truths are weaponised, and everyone is forced to confront their core values both in and out of the newsroom. Along with Reese Witherspoon and Jennifer Aniston, the star-studded season three ensemble cast is led by Billy Crudup, Mark Duplass, Nestor Carbonell, Karen Pittman, Greta Lee, Jon Hamm, Nicole Beharie, and Julianna Margulies.

Barbie, Sky Store Premiere

If you didn’t manage to catch it in cinemas yet (or even if you did) you can now watch Barbie from the comfort of your own home courtesy of Sky. To live in Barbie Land is to be a perfect being in a perfect place… unless you have a full-on existential crisis, or you’re a Ken. Margot Robbie, Ryan Gosling and America Ferrera lead the all-star cast which includes pretty much every famous actor you can think of. Seriously.

Friday, September 15

Wilderness, Prime Video

Featuring a Taylor Swift track as its standout song, Wilderness tells the story of couple Liv and Will, who embark on an American road trip Liv has fantasised about since she was little. Traveling from the Grand Canyon on through Yosemite, before ending up with a hedonistic weekend in Las Vegas, for Will, it’s a chance to make amends; for Liv, it’s the perfect landscape to get revenge. Look what he made her do…

Saturday, September 16

It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia Season 16, Netflix

It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia returns for a record-extending Sweet 16 Season. The Gang is ripping straight from the headlines as they yearn for the past and attempt to survive the year, navigating 2023 with 16 years of baggage and a few figures from their past rearing their heads. If anything, this is proof that rock bottom isn’t always as low as you can go.

Sunday, September 17

Love at First Sight, Netflix

After missing her flight from New York to London, Hadley (the White Lotus’s Haley Lu Richardson) meets Oliver (Ben Hardy) in a chance encounter at the airport that sparks an instant connection.
