Thursday 19 May, Dash Burger, Urban Brewing, Dublin

Bringing his signature smashed burgers to the people of Dublin and beyond, filmmaker, author and burger guru George Motz will be serving up his take on the historic Oklahoma onion burger at an outdoor cookout this month. You can expect live music from great DJs, craft beers on tap and a fully stocked cocktail bar.

West Waterford Festival of Food

Friday 10 – Sunday 12 June, across multiple locations throughout West Waterford

Returning for their 13th festival after a two year break, West Waterford Festival of Food shines a spotlight on locally produced, wholesome food and home cooks that make the county what it is. The festival programme features an eclectic mix of events ranging from seven-course tastings and sharing plates to outdoor discovery and a long table feast. With food stalls and art trails, there’s something for everyone.

Taste of Dublin

Monday 16 – Thursday 19 June, Iveagh Gardens, Dublin

An unmissable highlight on the Irish festival calendar, Taste of Dublin sees the most well-known name on the foodie scene descend on the Iveagh Gardens in celebration of eating, drinking and entertainment. Thursday 11 – Sunday 14 August, Herbert Park, Dublin

Bringing over 50 chefs and 20 restaurants to Herbert Park for four days of fire, food and fun, Big Grill BBQ & Food Festival is bringing the heat. There’ll be plenty of talks, tastings and demos taking place throughout, as well as music and live performances from DJs, brass bands and live acts.
