Although it may appear small from the front, the inside is surprisingly bright and spacious.

Situated just off the South Circular Road in Dublin, 13 Raymond Street is a three-bed Victorian home. You enter the home into a hallway with wooden floors. To your left and right are two large bedrooms that sit at the front of the house.

To the rear of the house sits a large living, dining and kitchen space, with a fireplace at either end. Thanks to an extension this space feels generous, and would be perfect for gathering family together.

Both bedrooms have features that add character, including fireplaces, sash windows with shutters, as well as having high ceilings. A modern bathroom also sits off this hallway.

Sliding doors lead out to the garden in both the kitchen and living areas, also ensuring that the space has plenty of natural light. The bespoke kitchen units have been handpainted in a neutral shade, adding to this sense of brightness.

Also sitting at the back of the house is a large main bedroom, which also has sliding doors out to the garden, as well as an en suite bathroom.

The garden is a paved courtyard with a pond and fountain, making it easy to maintain while still being an enjoyable place to sit.

The home’s location is ideal for those that love to be close to the city, just a 15 minute walk to St Stephen’s Green. Click through the gallery to see the full tour of this home, which is on sale through Owen Reilly.
