Adapted from Jojo Moyes' best-selling book, you and a pal could be on your way to an exclusive preview on July 29

Fancy a proper night out with a pal? No, we’re not talking about another takeaway and a drink in a disposal cup. Why not grab a friend and head to the cinema instead, where you’re guaranteed to get swept up in one of the most-anticipated films of the summer, The Last Letter from Your Lover. Due to hit Irish cinemas on August 6, we have tickets to an exclusive screening in Odeon Point Village at 7pm on July 29.

The film

Studiocanal

Adapted from Jojo Moyes’ bestselling novel of the same name, The Last Letter from Your Lover is directed by Augustine Frizzell and stars Shailene Woodley, Felicity Jones, Callum Turner, Nabhaan Rizwan and Joe Alwyn.

Bridging almost half a century, Jennifer Stirling (Woodley) and Ellie Haworth (Jones), both find themselves at a crossroads in their lives. Intertwining a dual-narrative love story set in the French Riviera in the 1960s and present-day London, Ellie discovers a series of passionate love letters written more than four decades prior between Jennifer Stirling (Woodley), a young woman caught in a reticent and unloving marriage, and a mysterious Mr O’Hare.

Stylish, and unashamedly romantic, The Last Letter from Your Lover is a film that will be a much-needed balm in a post-Covid world. Watch the trailer below.
