Instagram is a sea of perfection.
Sometimes the size of it is overwhelming like both the Pacific and the Atlantic oceans have combined. It feels like we can’t get to shore to catch our breath.
Because it’s tiring out there. Trying to swim against the current of filters and Facetune is a fool’s game. And we have all been there, flapping our arms and legs around while our confidence takes another hit and the feel of it is like drowning.
Thankfully, we are seeing more and more accounts that champion body positivity and diversity. We are all different, with wondrous lumps and bumps making us who we are.
It’s time to embrace our bodies and celebrate everything they do – both internal and external.
So stop scrolling through pictures that leave you feeling downtrodden and follow these 10 accounts.
They will make your heart full.
