The Irish tradition might be to keep the Christmas clutter, sorry, decorations up to greet the Three Wise Men on January 6th. But it was easy for those guys. They weren't juggling a full-time job, end-of-year reports, two children and a dying dog. That’s the thinking that allows minimalist Amy Lynch to justify being a party pooper who starts sneakily dismantling Christmas on St Stephen’s Day.
