8 affordable cashmere pieces to keep cosy during cold weather

Cashmere is my ultimate luxury buy. Nothing, to my mind, says cosy and luxurious like being wrapped in a long-sleeved cashmere cardigan come winter. I love it. What I love less is the hefty price-tag that often comes with it. Luckily, this season affordable cashmere is a high-street staple. From H&M who do solid basics better than anyone to ZARA who are always on-trend, you can never have too much cashmere

And even if you’re spending more than is your usual budget on knitwear, with the right care (generally handwashing, letting nothing near a dryer), your pieces should last a few years in your wardrobe. From cashmere scarves to beautiful jumpers that make leaving your comfy warm bed that bit easier in the morning, here’s our pick of the best pieces to buy now, that won’t do too much damage come payday.

Wrapover cashmere cardigan, H&M, €99.99

100% CASHMERE CREW NECK JUMPER, Uniqlo, €89.90

Cashmere Sweater ZARA, €89.95

Cashmere Blend Centre Stripe Hat, AVOCA, €39.95
