MONDAY
A short-sleeved knit sweater is something that everyone in Los Angeles makes good use of, as it’s the perfect piece to be worn from day to night, keeping you warm and cool at the same time. My current favourite happens to be from Chloe. It features a snake embellishment on the front, and given that 2025 is the year of the snake, it seems particularly on point. The Chloe Small Camera Bag has been on my wish list from the moment I first saw it, and I decided to treat myself. I then mixed these pieces with a staple pair of Saint Laurent medium wash denim jeans and statement sunglasses.
TUESDAY
I am sure everyone is obsessed with Agolde denim as much as I am – they just know what they’re doing, and seem to get every fit right, from straight leg to baggy to flared. I live in this light wash straight leg pair. It was a simple yet chic look today with an oversized trench coat from Bazilika, a white tee and Sézane chocolate brown loafers. For an added touch of class, I layered a knit from Bazilika over the shoulder, and I completed the look with everyone’s favourite viral Céline sunglasses. However, I found it difficult to pick a bag. I was tempted to wear my The Row Margaux bag in white, which is currently my most loved piece in my wardrobe. It’s so sleek and stylish, yet incredibly practical. I chose the larger size because it’s roomy enough for my laptop and all my daily essentials. Ultimately, I opted for my Saint Laurent Sac De Jour in embossed croc leather. It gives the outfit dimension by playing with textures.
WEDNESDAY
On Wednesday, I spent a casual evening in Montecito at the Rosewood Miramar Beach Hotel. For my outfit, I opted for an (almost) all-black affair, with accents of red and grey. Clearly, I am a fan of wearing a knit over my coat. I think it’s a fun styling trick that makes the whole outfit less flat, especially when paired with a contrasting colour. My outerwear is from Bazilika, wide-leg trousers from Another Tomorrow and Saint Laurent Lee heels. I added a touch of red with leather gloves from ARCH4 via Net-a-Porter and a small but mighty Balenciaga bag – perfect for the essentials and a bit more too.
THURSDAY
There’s something so magical about late afternoons in Los Angeles, and why not take the opportunity to dress up for dinner? I took out my Rosie Huntington-Whiteley x Wardrobe.NYC blazer dress, with statement shoulders and a double-breasted closure. It’s an unmatched silhouette. I also recently acquired this pair of patent burgundy leather Saint Laurent sandals that I have been wearing on repeat, and they are just iconic.
FRIDAY
I was kindly invited by Clarins to celebrate their iconic products, which turned out to be one of my favourite events I have ever attended. Perhaps because I took the opportunity to wear a stunning Rodarte number (matching Clarins’ iconic shade of red), with contrasting statement shoulder bows. I matched it with my trusty Valentino black sandals, and yes, the dress did all the talking for me.
SATURDAY
It’s one of those weeks in the city where I could be in three places at once, but I was so excited to go check out the Thom Browne South Coast Plaza store for an up-close look at the new collection. I got to try on a few different looks, and whilst it was a hard task to pick my favourite, I couldn’t stop thinking about this fun tweed blazer and pleated skirt combo, paired with a neck tie and a buckled pair of leather Mary Janes – it’s a look that screams Thom Browne, right?
SUNDAY
Sunday is for downtime, and I like to keep my looks simple but stylish, whether it be for a stroll downtown or along the coast to watch the sunset or sitting down for lunch. My husband and I took the opportunity to go to Casa Palmero, one of our top resort destinations in the heart of Pebble Beach. I opted for a light-toned fit, built around my beloved Babouche loafers from Loro Piana. I can’t pick between heels or flats as I love both equally, but I will say that these are the most comfortable and stylish pair of flats imaginable. I also wore an & Other Stories beige jacket, a pair of flared white jeans from Citizens of Humanity, a Le Kasha fine sweater, sunglasses from Khaite x Oliver Peoples and the perfect weekend bag from Hermès.
