People are taking risks, there are colours being used again and we’re legitimately struggling to select the top looks. But here, we’ve narrowed it down a bit.

Billie’s wild colours might not be exactly something you could recreate yourself, but her commitment to her look — those two-inch-long nails, those neon green roots — is something to be admired for sure.
