My Day in Beauty with Estée Lalonde: ‘I swear by these to apply my foundation’

Canadian born, London based vlogger Estée Lalonde is known for her realness, her sense of style and her flawless skin. Along with her adorable dog Reggie, she’s taking over YouTube, Instagram and even the world of podcasts with her ever-relatable content and honest outlook on life. When it comes to beauty, she KNOWS. And so these are recommendations worth taking…

“If I’m working from home, I tend to always focus on my skincare a lot more than my makeup,” Estée explains. “I like to use a mask in the morning if I have a bit of extra time. My makeup is always quite natural looking, so if I’m going out for a meeting I tend to use a tinted moisturiser, a little bit of mascara, brow gel of course and a tinted lip balm.” Less is more for Estée and that’s something we can get on board with.

“I love using the Fresh Soy Face Cleanser as it takes off stubborn leftover scraps of makeup and makes my skin feel clean and hydrated. It has a really love scent of rose and cucumbers. I normally use it every morning in the shower.”

“The May Lindstrom Honey Mud Mask has become a bathroom staple of mine, it balances and soothes the skin and has a glorious sweet honey smell. The texture is thick and gooey and it feels so luxurious-LOVE!”

ESTÉE’S TOP SKIN TIP:
“?Layer your skincare from thinnest to thickest, I always start by using a toner then move onto my essences, serums, moisturisers etc. This helps the skin to absorb all the goodness more efficiently!”

“Honestly, the Dyson hair dryer dries my hair in less than five minutes, it’s that powerful! Such a great investment.

ESTÉE’S TOP HAIR TIP:
