Ever wanted to know what Lisa Jordan’s top beauty products are? Well, now you can because we asked her and thankfully, she obliged
Lisa Jordan is a busy woman.
With a make-up and hair care line, a new radio show and two adorable children to look after, she is a powerhouse. Her popular Instagram feed is aesthetically pleasing but it’s also an honest diary of day-to-day life. She’s confident, sassy, and relatable and that’s why we love her.
Like many others, we constantly find ourselves on Lisa’s Instagram page in search of her product knowledge and expertise. This know-how is just one of the reasons why she is now nominated in the Best Beauty Influencer category at this year’s IMAGE Business of Beauty Awards.
Before the big night, we wanted to know all of her beauty secrets – in particular, the top five products she can’t live without. These are the type of products that would make you cry if you forgot them; the first items you would take to a desert island if you ever got the chance, and even though you probably won’t admit it out loud, the first items you’d take if your house was on fire.
Here are Lisa’s top five.
asap Skincare Moisturising Daily Defence SPF 50+, €45
asap skin is Australia’s number one cosmeceutical skincare range. The products use environmentally friendly ingredients, with no parabens, mineral oil, SLS/SLES, artificial fragrances, synthetic dyes, plastic microbeads or animal derivatives and are not tested on animals. This moisturising daily defence cream with an SPF of 50 provides essential and lasting hydration while also protecting against harmful UVA and UVB.
Luna by Lisa Miracle Hair Treatment, €16
This treatment detangles, protects colour, smooths split-ends, controls frizz, adds shine, repairs dry and damaged hair and contains a range of vitamins, amino acids and antioxidants. Spray two to four times on damp hair and there’s no need to rinse.
Bare by Vogue Tan, €25
This rich self-tan is enriched with Super Peptides which smooth, plump and firm the skin. The colour of the tan has a lovely golden hue, develops in four to eight hours and fades evenly.
Clarins Hand and Nail Treatment Cream, €22
This is a staple for many women and for good reason. With ingredients such as Sesame Oil and fortifying Japanese Mulberry, the cream protects against chapping and irritation. Plus, it strengthens nails too.
Moisturising cream Crème fraîche® de beauté, €19.85
This moisturising cream is filled with plant milk and algae extract providing intense hydration. It also protects the skin from pollution so ideal for those living in the midst of big cities. Plus, it makes a great base for make-up.
