Beauty writer HOLLY O’NEILL on what landed on the beauty desk this November.
CLASSIC TWIST
For the first time in the history of Chanel, the legendary clear-glass bottle designed by Coco herself is donning a fiery cloak of red. This limited edition No5 Eau de Parfum (and L’Eau de Toilette) is now available in a chic ruby red glass bottle, available from November 2.
ANIMAL INSTINCTS
Marc Jacobs’ eponymous range is finally coming to Ireland, and there’s a limited edition collection to boot. Leopard Frost is available exclusively at Harvey Nichols Dundrum – expect velvet mattes and frosty metallic finishes encased in Bet Lynch’s wardrobe.

FACE FORWARD
No7 Laboratories has introduced the next generation of masking: No7 Skin Pastes. The Resurfacing Skin Paste refines texture with the power of an AHA/PHA peel complex, and the CICA-Rescue Skin Paste creates a veil on the skin, restoring, boosting and hydrating overnight to visibly reduce redness; €22.50 each at Boots and boots.ie.

FEMME FATALE
Estèe Lauder’s new collection, La Dangereuse, created by global beauty director Violette, was inspired by what the French call espiègle, meaning mischievous. The palette pigments are bold – moody shades of burnishing reds and midnight blues, a shimmering highlighter palette and the must-buy: a metallic foil-effect liquid lipcolour.
LIFE HACK
Irish entrepreneur Pamela Laird has another game-changer in her problem-solving range Moxi Loves. Bare Faced, €3.95, is a hypoallergenic cotton wool pad infused with cleanser. Just add water for the ease of a make-up wipe without the damage to your skin, or the environment.
