If there’s anything this year has taught me, it’s the importance of slowing down and looking after yourself. It can be hard to prioritise self-care – particularly during the busy festive season – but nothing sparks joy quite like new pyjamas, soft cashmere socks and a sheet mask.

I spend far too much time on my phone these days so definitely need a hobby that doesn’t involve a screen. I’ve always had an interest in ceramics so would love to give wheel throwing a go!
