Award season is alive and kicking, and next up, it’s the 69th British Academy Film and Television Arts?(BAFTA) on tomorrow evening. We can expect stars of the silver screen from all over the world to attend this prestigious ceremony, and we’re delighted to say that the red carpet action starts at the more reasonable time of 6pm, followed by the ceremony. We’re well represented this year, with Saoirse Ronan, Michael Fassbender and Room screenwriter Emma Donoghue all up for awards.

However, we also can’t wait for the fashion. This is the last outing before the Oscars in two weeks, so nominees will likely go all-out tomorrow and then play it safe on February 28th, or vice versa. While we polish our judging hats, we’re taking a look back at some of the most gorgeous BAFTA gowns in previous years.

Remember Julianne Moore’s amazing red Tom Ford gown last year? L?a Seydoux in divine Prada? or Keira Knightley’s beautiful tulle?Giambattista Valli?Haute Couture number?

Have a look at all those and plenty more in our BAFTA gown hall of fame above.

Be sure to keep an eye on IMAGE.ie tomorrow evening for all the 2016 red carpet action and winners.
