Maria Tash, the body piercer who gave rise to the “curated ear”, will open a permanent pop-up at Brown Thomas, Dublin, this October
Who: Fine body jewellery artist Maria Tash: pioneer of the modern movement for luxurious, petite diamond body jewellery.
What: Dazzling earrings, septum and nose jewellery, and body jewellery using fine stones and minerals. Her work is inspired by Indian and Pakistani designs and includes intricate and delicate nostril and ear jewellery.

With an Armenian-American heritage, Maria Tash has innovated the body art world and propelled it into the 21st Century marketplace. By combining her rich Eastern heritage with 21st-century Western culture, she has created a space in Western culture where personal expression through body art is considered beautiful. Her eponymous piercing spa and boutique in New York City is known for creating the perfect “curated ear”; a selection of custom piercings and jewellery to suit each client. With prices starting from €115, customers will have the to experience styling advice from the brand’s experts and avail of in-store piercing services (walk-ins and pre-booking service will be available).
