Artist, director, stylist and producer Zeda shows us a few of her favourite things.

I recently bought my dream bag, a vintage Mugler Bubble rubber bag in ice blue. I’ve been chasing this bag for years and I finally was able to get my hands on it on eBay.

I always get compliments on my green jumper from Irish brand Pellador, and it’s even more special knowing the team that made it.

My most treasured piece is a Jean Paul Gaultier x Lotta Volkova dress I bought two years ago. This dress is just so ME, I love it so much that I haven’t worn it yet – it needs the perfect occasion!

Everything I buy is usually a bit wacky but I recently bought Vibram five-finger shoes, which probably take the cake.

I really should invest in a simple pair of black boots or shoes. All my pieces are quite a statement and I’d love something simple to go with any look. Still on the hunt though.

My Coperni brooch makes me so excited every time I see it. It’s just so silly and perfect.

I keep coming back to Women Don’t Owe You Pretty by Florence Given. Simply because yes, we don’t, that’s a daily mantra of mine and there’s so much to learn about simply existing as a woman in it.

Carrie Bradshaw in Sex and the City is still my main source of inspiration. It has to be with costume design by Patricia Field though, from the original TV series.

I regularly rewatch Chicago, directed by Rob Marshall starring Renée Zellweger, Catherine Zeta-Jones and Richard Gere. I just think it’s a 10/10 film. I remember watching this film when I was quite young and being in love, it will always have the number one spot in my heart.

I love to spend time doing absolutely nothing. I have a very busy schedule and I’m slowly but surely learning that it’s okay to schedule time to just rest. True self-care for me is knowing when to stop and just chill out.

For skincare, my go-to is the La Roche-Posay Mela B3 Anti-Dark Spot Serum. It’s just perfect for hyperpigmentation. For my hair, Garnier Ultimate Blends Honey Treasures Shampoo. As someone who regularly dyes her hair and also has very curly hair, I found this very enriching.

I always recommend friends get an Odeon Limitless Cinema membership. It’s honestly my favourite thing to have, and it works out so much cheaper if you’re a regular cinema-goer like me.

I never leave the house without grabbing my sunscreen which is the Charlotte Tilbury Invisible UV Flawless Poreless Primer. It’s small and easy to throw in your bag.

I’m currently loving my One Dame Lane Roz hoops, I just never get tired of wearing them. They are so light and comfortable but are such a statement and look cool with anything.

Last thing I bought for the house was Rituals The Ritual of Jing scented candle. We love candles at our house, especially after a summer clean.

The best thing I ever made for the house was a Sound Gallery Bluetooth Wall Art Speaker. It’s an art piece that also plays music, which is so cool.

My go-to music artist right now is Tyla with her new self-titled album.

I have family in San Antonio, Texas and whenever I get to go, I love it as it’s so different to Ireland and I just use going there as time to rest.
