I recently bought a pair of Doc Martens Sinclairs. After years of eyeing them, I decided now was the time to take the plunge and invest. It has been weeks of wearing my thickest socks, raw ankles, layering plasters, and even some blood sweat and tears, but I think it will be worth it once they are fully broken in! The rumours are true, I am a woman who lacks practicality. Should I invest in the proper kind of luggage that I so desperately need? Probably. Should I get a laptop case? Absolutely. Should I upgrade from the humble tote bag to some sort of sturdier model? Arguably so. I am notoriously bad for misplacing my sunglasses so a new pair is on the top of my wishlist for the sunnier days. I am heading to Spain in April and I plan on hitting up the Sunglass Hut in Dublin Airport. I have my eye on these gorgeous dark brown ones from Dolce & Gabbana.

Black boots may not scream “spring”, but I recently fell hard and fast for these ones from Dr Martens. I love how the embroidery elevates such a staple piece into something more interesting. I’m looking forward to them jazzing up jeans and t-shirts, and showing them off with a skirt and (praying to the weather gods) bare legs.

I’m going to a wedding in Spain this summer so naturally, I spend all my free time mood-boarding and outfit planning on Pinterest (does everyone do this or are you normal?). I hate last-minute panic buying so I’m trying to pre-empt that by starting the search early. While I don’t have a dress to wear just yet, I did spot this dotey Aisling Kavanagh Design bag recently and I haven’t been able to stop thinking about it since… it may be the most adorable thing I’ve ever seen.
