Beauty influencer Keilidh Cashel shares tips on make-up and social media

Keilidh Cashel was named Best Beauty Influencer at last year’s IMAGE Business of Beauty Awards. As we’re just two weeks away from this year’s ceremony (and with less than a week left to vote!), we caught up with Keilidh to talk about all things beauty and social media.

With over 360,000 followers on Instagram alone, Keilidh is one of Ireland’s top make-up artists. She has an exceptional talent for creative looks; using make-up not only to accentuate her features, but also to create art.

In the video above, Keilidh reflects on her big win, the atmosphere on the night, as well as the importance of voting. What’s more, she shares her top beauty tips and how to succeed on social media.

We need your votes

Now in its sixth year, the IMAGE Business of Beauty Awards recognises Ireland’s top beauty professionals. Whether it’s hair, skin, make-up or front-of-house, everyone on the shortlist is a true master of their trade.

For weeks, an expert panel of business and beauty experts agonised over the shortlist, narrowing down the very best names in the industry. After careful consideration, the shortlist was revealed, and now nominees need your votes.

If you want your favourite salons and beauty professionals to win, click the link below, now.

On the night

This year’s ceremony, which is sponsored by Boots, Instax, Easilocks, Bare by Vogue Williams and Flormar, gives Ireland’s top beauty professionals a chance to let their hair down and celebrate their achievements in style.

Taking place on March 10 at the Clayton Hotel, Burlington Road, guests can enjoy a delicious cocktail reception from 6:30 pm. Then, everyone will be guided through to the dining room, where they can indulge in dinner and dancing.

Darren Kennedy will play host on the night, announcing special surprises, gifts and treats; as well as awards for Ireland’s brightest stars in hair, beauty and aesthetics.

A gift bag will be provided to all guests on departure – and let’s not forget the legendary after-party at House, Dublin.
